You can make your granola however you like..
Basics,
6 to 1 ratio.
Half of dry ingredients are oats.
Half can be combo of seeds, ( chia, pumpkin, sunflower, etc) nuts, coconut, spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg etc)
Liquid honey, coconut oil, etc. 1 egg white for sheen and to clump.
Bake 30 min at 300 degrees.
Add chopped dried papaya or ginger, currants, and matcha when it comes from oven.
Store airtight after cooling.
